When progress feels harder than it should

It's that we're too close to the situation to see it clearly. That's where coaching can make the difference.

Why Work With Me

For more than 15 years, I've built my career around one thing: helping people build trust, navigate change, and achieve meaningful results.I've had the opportunity to do that across banking, travel, sales, and healthcare, working with individuals, professionals, physicians, business leaders, and teams. Those experiences taught me that lasting success is rarely about having all the answers—it's about building strong relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work. That curiosity led me to complete training in Organizational Coaching through the University of British Columbia, with additional training in Systemic Team Coaching.Clients often describe my approach as calm, thoughtful, and approachable. I create a space where people feel comfortable being honest, while also challenging assumptions and asking the questions that help uncover new perspectives. I believe meaningful growth requires both support and accountability—and I won't hesitate to respectfully challenge you when it serves your goals.Today, I combine real-world business experience with professional coaching to create greater clarity, strengthen relationships, and help people move forward with confidence.
