You’re capable of more — but something in your thinking is keeping you stuck. You already have more insight than you think.
Coaching helps you access it — and act on it.A structured, confidential space to reflect, challenge assumptions, and move forward with clarity and intention.

Who I work with
I work with high-performing professionals who are stepping into more, but not fully clear on what that looks like.On paper, things are going well.
But internally, something feels off — unclear, unsettled, or ready to shift. You may be:- taking on greater leadership and feeling the weight of it
- navigating a transition without a clear direction
- thinking a lot about what’s next, but not moving forwardThis is where we slow things down — to examine your thinking, recognize patterns, and move forward with clarity and intention.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is not advice and it is not therapy.
It’s a structured conversation designed to help you:- untangle your thinking
- recognize patterns you may not see on your own
- challenge assumptions
- and move forward with intentionThe direction is yours.
My role is to help you get there with clarity. What becomes possible when you give yourself the space to think clearly about what’s next?

With over 15 years of experience in high-performance environments, I understand the pressure of constantly striving, performing, and moving forward. That experience continues to shape how I see leadership, growth, and what it takes to sustain both.Over time, I became increasingly interested in what truly drives lasting change. I saw how much clarity matters — how the way we think shapes how we lead, decide, and act. Often, a small shift in perspective can change the direction entirely. This is the work I now do with clients.I partner with high-performing professionals who are navigating growth, change, or transition — people who are capable, but not always clear on what’s next. Together, we create space to think more clearly, recognize patterns, and move forward with intention.Coaching is not about giving answers. It’s about helping you see your strengths clearly, shift what’s in the way, and move forward with ownership.I am the founder of Arc & Arrow Coaching and am currently completing formal training in Organizational Coaching through the University of British Columbia’s ICF-aligned program.Arc & Arrow reflects the idea that growth happens in two parts — the arc, where perspective shifts and clarity forms, and the arrow, where intention turns into movement.
